Group Class Schedule

Our group classes are progressive, and they run in 4-week sessions. Sessions generally begin at the beginning of each month. For Level 1 classes, you are encouraged to join in Week 1; however, you can still join in Week 2. After that, we recommend waiting for the next session to start, as you would have missed half of the classes for that session, and they are too far ahead.

Options to register:  

4-week session packages available for any of our classes.

3-week pro-rated packages (if you miss 1 week)

10-class pass (our most flexible option, works for any group class & you can share it)

Drop-in (for a single class)
