The 2-hour workshop Experience includes the following: 2:30 - Introduction, Mix and Mingle - starting your experience with some time to pump up and release any jitters, getting connected with the other participants before dancing.
2:45 - 3:45 We will warm up, then learn a Beginner level modern chair dance routine that will get your heart pumping, body sweating. It will allow you to tap into true confidence that comes from embracing and embodying your femininity and sensuality. Get ready to Sweat, Laugh, and feel Sexy!
3:45-4:00 - The famous Own It Showcase: This is when we all get a chance to perform and hype each other up!
4:00-4:30 - Stretch, self-love meditation, and Own It…
